Coldwell Banker Hartung and Noblin, Inc. was established by the merger of two of Tallahassee's leading real estate firms, Coldwell Banker Hartung & Associates and Millard J. Noblin Realty. Chip Hartung & Associates opened its office in 1979 and became a Coldwell Banker affiliate in 1981. Millard J. Noblin Realty had served the greater Tallahassee area as an independent real estate firm since 1971.
