Instructor. Eugene is also an Adjunct Instructor for Indian River Community College, teaching business, and computer courses as well as an Instructor teaching Real Estate, and Technology at Gibbins School of Real Estate and Technology. Doctor of Business Administration with a major in Real Estate Management.
