In addition to conventional financing, we also offer our Seller clients options in Seller financing where Sellers can receive cash plus a high rate of yield from purchasers of their properties.
Beyond this, Baran Financial will purchase or Broker the purchase of any Seller financed note for the Seller who needs all cash in the sale of his home. Seller financing has a huge advantage in reaching a larger pool of Buyers when selling a home.

Ken and Penny Baran started Baran Realty in the late '90's with the objective of having a company that was more personal than the typical BIG BUSINESS Real Estate Company. When Ken and Penny realized that corporate companies were only interested in more agents and more listings, they decided to start a company that catered to the client, whether buyer or seller. His needs must come first!
