COMPANY HISTORY
(1) July 2004 - The Sole Proprietor, Eddie Velie, began when licensed in July 2004 and worked under brokerages of Century 21 and EXIT Realty. (2) March 2008 - Velie Real Estate, LLC was founded in March 2008 but continued working under EXIT Realty. (3) March 2009 - Velie Real Estate Services, Inc. was converted from the LLC In March 2009 and subsequently licensed as a real estate corporation. (4) The company was moved from BROWARD county in South Florida to BREVARD County in Central Florida in January 2010.
