Company History Founded in February 1996 by Marvin A. Maes, MAI, CRE, who was formerly associated with James L. Harper, MAI, CRE of Nashville. The firm previously operated from 1983 until 1996 as Harper-Maes & Associates. Areas Serviced Primarily active in Middle Tennessee, but a broad variety of assignments have been completed throughout Tennessee, Kentucky, North and South Carolina, Virginia and Mississippi. Expertise Marvin A. Maes, MAI, CRE specializes primarily in industrial manufacturing and investment real estate, but is experienced in a wide variety of property types including most types of land development.
