| Description |

The Realty Association is, to the full extent
allowed by law, a voluntary association of
independent real estate professionals. Each
associate conducts his or her own business in a
way consistent with his or her own style and
goals. Each is pledged, however, by contract
with the association, to follow certain principles
and guidelines set by the association. In brief
summary, they must be moral, ethical, legal,
professional, and timely in all their business
dealings. We expect them to be responsible for
their own words and actions, to do what they
promise, and not to promise what they are
unwilling or unable to do.

| Company History |

The Realty Association was organized April 9,
1990, and has experienced a very rapid and solid
growth. With over 300 licensed "associates," it
is the largest single real estate office (not
company) in Tennessee. The Company is a member of
the Middle Tennessee Multiple Listing Service, the
Music City (Nashville) Chamber of Commerce, and
the Better Business Bureau of Nashville/Middle
Tennessee.

Located near the airport (Briley Parkway at Murfreesboro Pike), The Realty Association serves
a ten county area in middle Tennessee.

The Realty Association serves the public by
providing the facilities and support services
needed by its independent member agents. This
includes long office hours (8-8 M-F; 8-6 Sat; and 12-5 Sun) and
the finest in telecommunications. We make
