Trish has 18 years of real estate experience and has earned numerous designations in the industry including Real Estate Broker, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and currently working toward the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)designation.
Tom is a graduate of the University of Florida and has 12 years of sales experience in industries which include finance, telecommunications, and real estate. He has earned his Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, and is currently working toward his Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) as well as his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Both are members of the Gainesville Chamber of Commerce and the Gainesville Association of REALTORS®. Raised in Florida and Iowa, their favorite hobbies include church ministry, reading, and romantic evenings with each other.
