Past director of sales for Hideaway Beach 1983-84 and worked on-site sales for Key Marco in 1992-94.While at Remax 1994-2001 the Pranges were Platinum Club members and recognized amongst the "Top 50" Remax agents in the state of Florida.

Jim has been trained by some of the finest sales trainers in the world including Tony Robbins, Tom Hopkins, Mike Ferry, Ira Hayes and many others. He was also recognized as the youngest graduate of the Realtor's Institute in the State of Indiana (GRI) and also holds the designation of Certified Residential Specialist, the highest degree you can receive in residential real estate. Jim is a licensed broker in Florida and Indiana. Missy is a Licensed REALTOR and is presently fulfilling her requirements to receive her Graduate Realtor's Institute designation.
