Established in 1984, Gene leads a team of seasoned executives with tactical experience along the west coast of Florida to develop and implement strategies for capital preservation and property disposition benefiting financial institutions and investors; providing traditional real estate services including brokerage, leasing, property management, financial analysis, project management and development.

Professional Experience
Gene has been involved in real estate activities for the past 35 years. Before relocating to Florida in 1980 he was associated with a land developer in Omaha, Nebraska. Initially employed in Florida as a Property Manager for a new Development, The Landings in Sarasota, he obtained his real estate license in 1984 and started in Real Estate sales that same year. Gene has managed and sold for independent and corporate companies and currently has multiple licenses to do Title and Mortgage as well as Real Estate.
