Ted began his career with the company as a sales associate in
1986 at Coldwell Banker's (then Merrill Lynch Realty) Southeast Office
in Fort Lauderdale where he participated in the computerization
of the office in addition to being a Realtor. During that time
Ted and Mary Ann Bongiorno, Manager of the Northeast Office, conducted
Real Estate Market Analysis Classes at the Corporate Training
Center and then Ted went on to become a Corporate Home Sale Coordinator
for two years, marketing and overseeing property management for
the firm's Corporate customers in Broward and Southern Palm Beach
Counties. Ted was also Sales Director of our Northeast Office where he facilitated the efforts of over one hundred agents. In the field full time Ted's areas of concentration include Rio Vista Waterfronts, Croissant Park, Yellowstone Park, River Oaks, the Citrus Isles, Las Olas, and Harbor Beach in addition to all of Fort Lauderdale's waterfront properties.
|
Born in Orchard Park, New York (now home of the Buffalo Bills),
Ted moved to Florida with his family in 1956 where he attended
Kendall Elementary School and his parents ran a local Real Estate
office in Dade County. Ted and his family moved from Florida to
Nassau in the late fifties and then on to Grenada, Barbados, Tortola,
St. Thomas, and finally to Puerto Rico where Ted graduated from
High School.
After returning to the states Ted graduated with an AAS degree in Architectural Engineering and Building Construction from Grayslake Community College in 1974 and received a BS degree in Business Administration in 1996 at Nova Southeastern University's, Davie campus.
Ted moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1979 to establish Sanderson Marine Company, Inc., a recreational marine service company that Ted presided over as President. Ted now resides in Fort Lauderdale with his daughter Nicole.
|
Ted's entrepreneurial spirit and his desire to participate in
a quality oriented organization that focuses on extraordinary
customer service made him an excellent candidate for a salesperson position at Coldwell Banker, a company with over 200 offices
that generated a closed sales volume of over $17 billion in 2002 and employs over
8200 agents in the State of Florida to offer a full
range of real estate services including residential, corporate
and commercial real estate, asset management, and title and mortgage
services.
As an agent of Coldwell Banker's Southeast office
in Fort Lauderdale I can also help you find a specialist of your
choosing.
E-mail me with the details of your Real Estate requirements in Florida.
