I have been a Realtor in Southwest Florida since 1990, specializing in residential, commercial, and lots and acreage, working as both a seller's and buyer's agent. I have had significant experience with two of our area's most desired real estate features: waterfront properties and golfcourse communities. Having owned my own rental properties, I understand the concepts essential to the purchase and sale of investment properties.

I enjoy the opportunity of participating in the local non-profit community by volunteering my time and talents for several organizations. I am one of the original members of Englewood YMCA Board and have served as a board member for more than 10 years. I am active in the Englewood Lions Club, having served as President and Zone Chairman, among other offices. I also participate on the Board of Trustees for the Keerl Trust, serving individuals with vision handicaps in the multi-county surrounding area. Additionally, I have participated on the Englewood Area Board of Realtors, along with serving on and chairing several committees, striving to enhance the professional caliber of Realtors in our home community.

My educational and experiential background was excellent for my real estate career. I majored in Hotel Management at Paul Smith's College in New York and have held insurance agent licenses in several states, providing me with the breadth of knowledge to serve my real estate clientele. I hold the GRI designation, Gratuate Realtor Institute, which denotes my professional level of continued education and expertise.

I am originally from the Delaware Water Gap are of Pennsylvania, living and working in that state along with New York and New Jersey over the years. I have lived in FL more than 14 years. I am the father of 6 and am proud to have 9 grandchildren.
