After developing one of the top teams ("The Dream Team" of Real Estate) in the U.S., I was hired to manage the training program for All Florida Realty Services until I left the position to once again manage "The Dream Team" of Real Estate. I also teach Graduate Realtor Institute courses for the Florida Association of Realtors. I own Gibbins School of Real Estate and Technology. I presently am the Broker/Owner of Gibbins Real Esate & Consulting. 2001, I received my Doctor of Business Administration with a major in Real Estate Management.
Honored by receiving the Humanitarian of the Year in 2002 and Realtor of the Year in 2003 from Realtors Association of St. Lucie.

1995, Eugene & Mary Gibbins were ranked #6 team in the World and #3 team in Florida for 1996 among all ERA teams. Eugene was the 1997 President of the St. Lucie Association of Realtors, and 1999 President of the Regional MLS. Eugene served as the Team manager for "The Dream Team". In 2000, served as District 3 Vice President of the Florida Association of Realtors. In 2002, serving as Chairman of the District Rep Committee and District 3 Rep for the Florida Certified Residential Specialist. Currently, serving as Treasurer of the Florida Chapter CRS, President of the International Council of the Treasure Coast, Chairman of the Florida Association of Realtors - International Local Council Outreach Sub-committee, Chairman of the Governmental Affairs committee of the St. Lucie Association of Realtors, and a member of various committees at the local, state, and nationial level.

Eugene is also an Adjunct Instructor for Indian River Community College, teaching business, and computer courses as well as an Instructor teaching Real Estate, and Technology at Gibbins School of Real Estate and Technology. Doctor of Business Administration with a major in Real Estate Management.
Personal / Comments
Married to Mary Gibbins since 1970 and we have a son (Eugene Robert Gibbins). Eugene & Mary have had extensive international experience. We traveled throughout Europe in the 70's, served as Southern Baptist Missionaries and traveled through several countries in Africa and Central America. In our training as missionaries, we received extensive training in Cross Cultural Studies and Eugene has had received additional training while working on his C.I.P.S. designation.
