Russ owned and operated Russ Gorgone, Inc, Realtors and had in excess of 100 associates working in the main office, housing the Residential, Commercial and Business Opportunity Div. in addition to Branch offices in Lehigh Acres and Cape Coral. He also constructed Shopping Centers, Condominiums, Residential
and Commercial Subdivisions, and formed Russ Gorgone Securities, Inc., a full blown security company for the purpose of Marketing Limited Partnership Ventures.
He was Chief Executive Officer, President and/or General partner of 37 Limited Partnerships, Subchapter S Corporations. The SYNDICATION Programs, were structured both private and public, acquiring
raw land, as well as building and/or acquiring Income producting properties.
