"Sundance Territory" is composed of three northwest Florida counties on the Emerald Coast: Okaloosa, Santa Rosa and Walton.

Professional Experience
27 years in the Air Force as an Aviator, Staff Officer and Commander. Mr. Kiser began his real estate career as a Licensed Texas Landsman while still active duty Air Force in 1964. He maintained his license and membership in the Texas Association of REALTORS until he earned the Florida Real Estate License in 1975. He opened Sundance Agency in 1978 with the goal of guiding others to home ownership within a top professional atmosphere. Today Sundance is one of the most respected names in real estate.

Professional Education and Designations
Mr. Kiser is Broker/Owner of Sundance Agency Inc. REALTOR, holds the rare Certified Residential Brokerage Manager (CRB) Designation, and is a past recipient of the Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS "REALTOR of the Year" Award. In 1999 he was honored by salespeople past and present, mortgage brokers and closing agents, with a surprise party recognizing his contributions to the community, his mentoring and encouragement of new salespeople, and his achievements in promoting high standards in the real estate business during his career. Another celebration of old times and current success took place in February 2007, and again in February 2009; both Sundance Reunions included salespeople past and present participating.
