Alters Appraisal Services was formed in 1988 and is operated by Susan Alters. She has appraised since 1984, and has prior experience as a Realtor and Broker-Salesman. Susan was an appraiser instructor for 3 years with Gold Coast Schools in Miami, Florida. She is AQB Certified by The Appraisal Foundation to instruct USPAP courses, and is a licensed appraiser instructor with the State of Florida. Our nationwide clients include relocation companies, corporations, accountants, bank trust departments, property disposition/REO departments, lenders, attorneys, insurance companies, individuals, as well as federal, state & local government agencies.
