I have been listing and selling real estate since 1989. I received the "top listing" multiple listing service (MLS) award for west Putnam in 1995 and 1998; the "top sales" award for 1996, 1997, and 1998; the "top production" award for 1997 and 1998; Achiever's Club Member for multi-million dollar production for 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002 when the Achiever's Club ceased to exist.
I have been active in the Putnam County Association of Realtors serving as the multiple listing service chairman for two years and on various other committees such as: awards, finance, nominations, and a speaker at orientation seminars for new members. During my term as chairman of the MLS committee we received the "committee of the year" award and I received the "committee person of the year" award. I have enjoyed my work with the association of realtors and have considered it an honor to serve in various capacities.

I'm a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree. I have also earned the Graduate of the Real Estate Institute designation (GRI) and the Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS).
