My husband and I were relocated to the Treasure Coast in early 2004 from South Florida. We both love the peaceful, eclectic way of life here. Life here can be exceptionally rewarding... there is abundant natural beauty; We are the sailfish capital of the world, if you enjoy fishing, within minutes of leaving a local marina or your very own dock you can be fishing in waters for Sailfish, Dolphin, Wahoo, Tuna, Kingfish, Marlin, Grouper and Snappers. The Sailfish are here year round, but during the winter months they are here in big numbers. Mid-October through late February is peak sailfish season. Also, there are year round activities and events. There are volunteer groups you can join. I especially enjoy being involved with The Forgotten Soldiers Organization and do all I can to support our deployed troups. You can enjoy the quiet natural beauty of our coastal area or be as busy & involved as you'd like!
