I service all of Bay County, including Panama City Beach and Mexico Beach. My specialties are residential home and lot sales and 1031 tax-exchanges. I enjoy working with anyone from 1st time home buyer to "Empty Nester" or investor. As a military wife I became familiar with moving and "survived" 4 overseas moves and several state side moves. I understand all about military relocation, the stress of moving and living out of a suitcase for months, of not having a place to call "home" in between and of living in cramped temporary quarters. I also remember how scared I was when I bought my first house and how good it felt when I built my "last" house. Let me assist you in taking the "pain" out of moving.

In 1981 my husband and I bought our first home through ERA Neubauer Real Estate and our agent did such a good job that I decided to get my own license. I was active in real estate from Oct 81 - Nov 1984 when a military transfer took us overseas. We returned to Panama City in 1994 and immediately went back to work with my friends at ERA Neubauer. Since much had changed in the world of real estate, I decided to work as a personal assistant for 2 years to "learn the ropes" again. During that time I assisted in closing well over 200 transactions. In April of 1996 I was ready to become active in sales again. Since then I have closed well over 250 transactions in excess of 23 Million dollars in sales and listings and have worked my way into the top 5% of producers in Bay County. I am experienced in a wide variety of transactions, ranging from sales of single family homes, residential lots, investment properties and multi-family housing units to 1031 tax-exchanges & sales of foreign invest

I am fluent in both English and German languages and know just enough French to be dangerous. My family and I chose to return to Panama City after military retirement and this is a great place to live and raise children. I enjoy this "place in the sun" and don't miss snow, ice and fog at all. In my spare time I find great joy and relaxation in gardening, reading and fitness training.
