I am an exclusive buyer's agent. This means that I am functioning in the best interest of the buyer. Real estate sales of waterfront properties, houses, commercial properties, vacant land, & manufactured houses are fully investigated and researched for all buyers. I will do any necessary research that you require in order to complete the appraisal or help you find the home that is right for you. I welcome all business opportunities and have the knowledge and ability to work on commercial transactions, should your company desire to locate in Citrus County. Of course I'm a serious businessman, but I'm also friendly and easy to work with. Citrus County is a beautiful area of Florida with seven different rivers flowing to the Gulf. The manatees play in the Homosassa River no more than 2 miles from my office. The crime rate is low and the people are friendly. There are numerous golf courses, great fishing, and abundant photo opportunities of wildlife in the Chassohowitzka National Preserve, only 7 miles SE of my office.
