After an A.S. degree from Chipola Junior College Bill moved to Pensacola and earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of West Florida, followed by Graduate work in Biology and Public Administration. While in Pensacola Bill worked 7 years with Fl. Dept. Health & Rehab. Servs. In 1979 Bill moved back to Panama City to go into business with family in Panama City and Panama City Beach including owning two restaurants, owning/operating rental units, buying/selling real estate.

Bill was born in Panama City, raised in Chipley, educated in Pensacola, and was in the restaurant business here for 18 years as a partner in the old Harbour House Restaurant on St. Andrews Bay and five of those as President of the Beach House Restaurant on Panama City Beach. During those years Bill also owned/operated apartment buildings and rental units. He and his "bride" of 20 years, Hillary, have three boys, and one girl. For over 10 years Bill has been an active member of the Panama City Downtown Rotary Club. Bill is an Ambassador with the Bay County Chamber of Commerce, and an active member of the Bay County Board of Realtors.
Most Sundays you will find Bill singing in the choir at Forest Park United Methodist Church on 23rd. St. Come and join us!
