Andy started his real estate career in 1998 when he decided to obtain his license. During his active sales career he specialized in the international market. About 85% of his transactions involved at least one international party. Due to his heritage, international background and ability to fluently communicate in German, he managed to build up a large clientele of European customers and investors.

Andy is also a Licensed Real Estate Instructor in the State of Florida and has held several educational sessions in the past. He was selected to be one of the International speakers at the 2004 Coldwell Banker International Business Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada and the 2006 Coldwell Banker International Business Conference in San Francisco, California.
In the past, Andy was honored and proud to be one of the featured "30 Under 30" real estate practitioners by the National Association of REALTORS in May 2002 and a selected "Young Gun in Real Estate" by the Florida Association of REALTORS in November 2002.
Andy is a Director at the REALTOR Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, a Director at the Florida Association of REALTORS and serves on several committees at the Association on a local level.
On A Personal Note...
On a personal basis, Andy is a dedicated husband and proud father of twin-teenagers. His hobbies and interests include traveling, attending Pirate Festivals and Medieval Faires, NASCAR races and big trucks. He loves to cook and cater and even does all the grocery shopping.
Andy likes Country Music and his favorite TV shows include CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Hell's Kitchen, The Amazing Race and Criminal Minds.
He is also a dedicated volunteer in his community. Andy is on the Board of Directors for the Lehigh Spring Festival since 2002 and is the Parade Supervisor and Chairperson for the annual Grand Parade. He is also actively involved in organizing the local Relay For Life event.
