As a Closing Coordinator I make sure that our buyers and sellers are fully informed about the closing procedures. I am working closely with mortgage and title companies to make this process a less stressful experience for all parties.

For the past 10 years, I have been working as an Office and Rental Manager for Julia Galpin Realty, Inc. In May 2001 I became a licensed Real Estate Agent.
Some of my prior professional experiences are: Office Manager for a Bagel Franchise, Accountant for a Property Management-Design Company, co-owner of a Home Improvement Center, owner of a small business bookkeeping agency, and city clerk in my German hometown Ladenburg working in the Department of Deed. During the past 30 years my husband and I have built and renovated many homes.

After living in the Northeast for many years and raising our children in Vermont, my husband and I decided it was time to leave the cold behind and enjoy the "sunny warm" days of Florida. Living here for more than 11 years now, we have met many people from all over the country and world and have become Buccaneers Fans. As residents of Trinity we enjoy our free time with golfing, gardening, traveling, visiting our great beaches and exploring this beautiful state.
