I have lived in Florida since 1969, I am very knowledgeable in the Florida Homestead Law where the homestead becomes meaningful, if a owners home qualifies they will receive up to $50,000 homestead exemption on the assessed value. To qualify for the exemption, the owner must hold the property as of January 1, reside there, and be a permanent resident of Florida.
I am also very familar with our 55 and over retirement communties and Homeowners Associations, specializing in Highland Lakes in Palm Harbor, Fl. Pinellas County and Heritage Springs located in Trinity, Fl. in Pasco County. I know all golf course communities, and the golf courses associated with the golfing communities.
