I joined Julia Galpin's team in 2004, immediately after getting my real estate licence and have been working as a Buyer's Specialist since then. It is my goal to make a positive Difference in Real Estate. The moment you contact us, I begin to work on a customized itinerary focused on translating your wants and needs into a successful Real Estate transaction. You can rely on my expertise and local knowledge of Real Estate, since I am a resident of Pinellas County since 1998. The Buyer's Specialist services are FREE to the prospective Buyer. There are no hidden charges. The Sellers - previously negotiated with co-broker and listing agreements - pay the commissions.

June 2006, obtained my Real Estate Broker License. 2005 I became a Notary Public. January 2005 graduated from the Star Power University Buyer Specialization class, 2004 I started working with Julia Galpin,Inc. as a Realtor and a Buyer's Specialist after getting my Real Estate licence, contributing successfully towards Julia's Multi Million Dollar Business. I also became a licensed Mortgage Broker in 2004.

I have been living in the Tampa Bay area since 1998.
The warmth of the weather and the warm people are what attracted me to the area and I want to give the opportunity to my clients to share that experience. I enjoy the outdoor activities, but what I enjoy most of all is to be able to help my Clients find the Home of their dreams stress and trouble free.
Growing up in Paris, France with my family allowed me to master two languages since birth, French and Chinese. Having lived on four continents (Asia, Africa, Europe and North America), I have a deep understanding of many different cultures, which enhances my ability to focus on the needs and wishes of a diverse clientele.
