I am originally from Guadalajara, Mexico and moved to the United States on July 2004.
I specialize in helping minorities reach their home ownership dreams by assisting them with their real estate as well as mortgage transactions. Since buying or refinancing a property is for many, one of the most important transactions a person can experience, I take my job seriously and assume a responsibility of fully disclosing and guiding my customers to the highest standards possible, whereas they can make the right decisions and benefit by transacting in their best interest. I fully educate, inform and disclose to my clients every matter in order to avoid fraudulent or misleading information, (which unfortunately, many have experienced prior to knowing me). I am a duly licensed Attorney at Law in Mexico. In the state of Florida I hold various licenses. Among those I hold the Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Associate and Notary Public licenses; this background helps me to have a broader understanding of the market.

I have co-written and published 2 books regarding legal matters in Mexico. In Florida I am the author of numerous articles which offer credit and mortgage advice to Hispanic population.
