In 1985 I earned my A.A. degree in Criminal Justice from Tallahassee Community College and later in 1994 earning a degree in Paralegal Studies from American Paralegal Institute. In 2006 I obtained my real estate license and memberships in the Multiple Listing Service, NEFAR, FAR & NAR. I have stayed active with ongoing education on real estate topics such as "short-sales", market trends & investing, flipping, greening, photography, staging, and various computer programs. Education is a key tool in this business. The more informed you are as an agent, the better service you can provide your customers!

I've worn many hats in my employment history, working the last 15 years as a paralegal in legal offices with busy case loads including evictions, foreclosures and contract disputes. This is where I became experienced and interested in real estate transactions. In 2006 I became a licensed real estate agent beginning my career part-time with a franchise. As the market changed and my customer base continued to grow, I made the move up to Collins Realty Group, Inc.. The experience, integrity, support and professionalism of the brokerage and staff inspires me to expand my real estate knowledge and business. I grew up in Baker County and worked in several counties throughout the northeast Florida region thereby giving me an edge of knowing the area and its history. As a Realtor, I truly love meeting new people and share my customers happiness when they receive the keys to their new home. I work closely with my buyers to ensure they find the home they want, need and can easily afford. Likewise, I work with my sellers to ensure they understand the true current value of their property so they can get the best possible deal for their property. My customers know that I'm a tough but honest and fair negotiator they can trust.
