Pat is a graduate of the University of New York and attended courses at the University of Maine. She received her broker's license in 1971.
She has been actively selling real estate on Mt. Desert Island since 1978. Her professional experiences include: Active participation as an officer, director & committee chairman for the REALTOR'S Association on the Local, State & National levels.She was the Acadia Council's REALTOR® of the Year in 2003 and 2008 & is currently a director for the National Association of REALTORS®. She was the 2007 President for the State Association (MAR).She actively participates in the Computerized MLS and Internet Services & is a 2008 director for the State MLS. As a sellers' broker, she offers many exclusive listings which include: land, homes, & shorefront properties. Her buyer brokerage services include free detailed reports online for area multiple listed properties,and buyer representation for Mt.Desert Island properties.

Although born and raised in N.J., 43 years ago I had the good fortune (and good sense)to marry a "local boy" from Northeast Harbor, Maine (Bob Foster).We are the parents of 2 married sons & the grandparents of 3 terrific kids. As an active member of my community, I am President of the village Library, VP of the Sanctuary on Somes Pond:member of our Firemen's Auxillary, the Town Warrant Committee, the Village Historical Society, & secretary for the local Literary Club.I love Mt.Desert Island, the Bar Harbor area & Acadia National Park.Keeping up with the technological changes in the industry continues to fascinate & challenge me.(Click my Blog link on the lower left column of this page.)Working alone provides the opportunity to enjoy a variety of different types of representation, listing & selling real estate.
