| Professional Experience |

I worked as a sales agent from 1988 - 1990 and then as an associate broker from 1990 - 1996. I took a hiatus from real estate to start a family and returned to real estate as an appraiser in 2003. I am currently an actively licensed appraiser as well as an associate broker practicing with L.S Robinson starting in 2006.

I attended real estate licensing classes through the University of Maine (1988 - 1990) as well as the Graduate Real Estate Institute (1993) and numerous continuing educational offerings. I also graduated from the American Real Estate Academy (Waltham, Mass.)in 2003 as a Registered Appraiser.

Cathy has an active family that includes two sons and a husband of 17 years and she has called Mt. Desert Island home for twenty years. She was born & raised in central Maine. She loves real estate, especially determining value and developing marketing language & strategy. She also loves being on, near or looking at water at all times and finds that this profession and living in this area provides numerous opportunities for this. She is driven primarily by love of family, friends, faith, water, and real estate!
