After helping put Sellers and Buyers together for over 3 decades I find I still enjoy this work more immensely. I've met and continue to meet very interesting people. Being a people person I look at each new acquaintence as a new opportunity to make a friend. I earned my Broker's license in May of 1972 after attending the Weaver School of Real Estate in Kansas City, Missouri and the Pre-license Course held by the Missouri Association of Realtors in Jefferson City, Missouri.

Weaver School of Real Estate, Missouri Associtation of Realtors Pre-license Course, and Business Law classes at Central Missouri State University. Ninety hours of instruction to earn the GRI designation (Graduate of the Realtors Institute), Forty-five hours plus a minimum of ten years of over Million Dollar Sales Production or a certain minimum number of residential transactions earning the CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist). Million Dollar Club Life Member. Served on the MLS Committee three years as vice President and President or the Midwest Missouri Board of Realtors and am currently Vice President of the Midwest Missouri Board of Realtors.

In the 3 and 1/2 decades my Real Estate career has spanned and there has been a tremendous amount of change in the Real Estate Industry. I believe it would be extremely difficult for anyone to work part-time in the industry and do justice to the customer or client. There is just too much to know and to keep up with to do this part-time. At Show-Me Realty, I strive to keep a full-time staff of knowledgeable agents and encourage them to take advantage of the many schools and additional educational opportunities available.
