My father, Oakley Gaw, is a licensed Comtractor in the state of Tennessee, and has been building for the last 25 years. I have worked with him in his business for the past 16 years. I have a full time administrative assistant Sharlene Drake.

Licensed in the state of Tennessee. Over the past years I have recieved several designations including: GRI designation, CRS designation, Lifetime member Million Dollar Club. I am a member of the Upper Cumberland Board of Realtors. I have finished several extended education courses including: People's Law School, Code of Ethics, Buyer Brokage Agency, Graduate Realtors Institute. I am also a member of the Residential Sales Council.

I was born and raised in Cookeville. I have lots of experience in the building industry. I now live in Livingston, TN., which is within 20 miles of beautiful Dale Hollow Lake.
