Scott's career has touched just about every part of the Real Estate Industry for the past 20 years. Scott officially began his real estate career in 1988 with major account holdings for National Homebuilders. In connection with real estate sales, He started a construction/contracting company (B & C Ventures) in 1995. He followed his dreams to open a real estate firm, RE/MAX Professional Group, in 1997. We built, grew, and managed this company for about 5 years and sold it to a larger RE/MAX organization in 2002. In March of 2003, he was asked to become Managing Broker for Crye-Leike Realtors here in Murfreesboro. Crye-Leike Realtors is #1 in the Mid South which affords us the ability to better serve our clients while also helping agents achieve their full potential in real estate. Pam became more involved with our business in 2004 and mainly, due to her experienced strenghts in customer service. She serves on MTAR's Board of Directors as she leads our industry. |

Scott went directly into Real Estate after graduating from Middle Tennessee State Universtiy (B.B.A.) with an emphasis in Management and Finance. While achieving the GRI, CRS, CRB, and Brokers designations, of which only 2% of all REALTORS have acheived, it's still his greatest joy helping home buyers and sellers achieve their dreams. After Pam's formal education, she has advanced in achieving the Acredited Buyers Representaion (ABR) designation, speicalizing in professionaly helping buyers and developing customer service systems as well as leading and chairing committees on her board of realtors.
