Service Areas and Specialties I specialize in Farm and Ranch properties in Douglas, Wyoming and it's adjacent areas, but would be happy, willing, and able to show or list properties anywhere in the state. I work with both Buyers and Sellers equally. Who I am I am a fourth generation rancher from the Douglas area. I grew up and lived on our family ranch north of Douglas until 1980, when we expanded our ranching to New Mexico. I enjoyed working with different Realtors both in buying and selling our ranch in New Mexico. After selling the New Mexico ranch in 1990, we moved to Grand Junction, Colorado, where I attended and graduated from Mesa State College in 1994. After graduation, we moved back "home" to Douglas. I enjoy being able to help someone find the place of their dreams, or in helping to make selling a property a pleasant and enjoyable experince. Other things about me I am one of a set of triplets, the second set born in the state of Wyoming, and, so far, the only set born in Converse County. My brothers still operate the original family ranches, which have now been divided into separate units. We all three have our pilot licenses, scuba certification, and are very close. Other business history and Douglas I was the first Internet Service Provider in Douglas in partners with Coffey Computers from Casper. Douglas was one of the first small towns in the state to have Internet access and now has several ISPs including hi-speed cable modem access.
